How does the 14 day free trial work?
After 14 days, you can choose to pay for the service or you may request a trial extension. A credit card is not required to start your no obligation free trial.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept check payments for annual billing, which includes a 10% discount.

Can our organization share a login?
We cannot allow people to share login access. Each individual who uses CharityTracker must agree to the Terms of Service in order to preserve the security and accountability of each agent using the system. Additional logins can be purchased at a rate of 1 login starting at $20 per user per month.
